Welcome to Utopian Identity LAB (utopianidentity.com). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the acquisition of the artifacts, clothing, and digital assets available in our Boutique.

Our digital environment and store are operated under the corporate structure of Koverart ltd (Company No. 14192235, registered in England and Wales). By accessing our network or completing an acquisition, you unconditionally agree to these Terms.

1. GENERAL CONDITION AND ACQUISITIONS

  • Eligibility: By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • The Concept of "Artifact": Products sold in our Boutique are conceptual works of art, physical uniforms, or multimedia devices (referred to as "Artifacts").

  • Limited Batches: All physical artifacts are released in strictly finite editions (e.g., limited to 150 copies). Once a batch is sold out, no restocks or duplicates will be manufactured.

2. PRE-ORDERS AND DELIVERY TIMELINES

Our Boutique manages products with different shipping and collection rules:

  • Pre-orders (e.g., VinylPost): Pre-ordered artifacts are items currently in production. Estimated availability and delivery timelines are clearly marked on the product page.

  • In-Person Festival Pickup: If you choose to collect your artifact in person during the Utopian Festival (September 5th/6th, 2026), you must present your official digital proof of purchase at the LAB desk.

  • Deferred Shipping: For clients unable to attend the festival, pre-ordered items will be dispatched to the shipping address provided during checkout starting from September 7th, 2026.

  • Immediate Delivery: Certain artifacts (such as the LAB Uniform T-shirt) are available for immediate dispatch. If your order contains both immediate and pre-order items, they may be shipped in separate batches.

3. PRICING AND SECURE PAYMENTS

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Euros (€) or British Pounds (£), depending on your localized checkout settings.

  • Taxes and Customs: For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom or the European Union, the buyer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.

  • Payment Security: Transactions are securely processed through integrated financial infrastructures (Stripe, PayPal, or credit card networks). We do not store or view your credit card details.

4. DIGITAL PHYGITAL BONUSES AND NO-REFUND POLICY

  • Digital Access: Many of our physical artifacts include a phygital connection (NFC chips/QR activations) granting immediate access to restricted digital contents or the Utopian BookMag digital archive.

  • No-Refund on Digital Goods: In accordance with international digital commerce laws, once a phygital artifact is acquired and its accompanying digital bonuses, flipbooks, or encrypted audio contents are unlocked/accessed, the sale is considered final.

  • Physical Returns: Returns for physical goods (e.g., incorrect T-shirt sizing) are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the artifact is unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and the phygital digital seal/NFC chip has not been scanned or activated. Return shipping costs are born by the buyer.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Koverart ltd and Utopian Identity LAB shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our artifacts, delays in production timelines of limited vinyl prints, or temporary digital network downtime.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
