Return Terms and Refund:
Attention to packaging: The work must be packaged with the utmost care using the packaging (the packaging cardboard and its associated pluribol that wrapped it), so as to avoid any structural damage during transport. Utopian Identity assumes no responsibility for damage due to inadequate packaging; therefore, if the product arrives damaged due to incorrect protection, the return and related refund cannot be authorized.
The shipping costs for the return of the product are borne by the buyer.
Once we receive the work at our laboratory and verify the integrity of the structure, we will proceed with the reimbursement of the cost of the main work (230€). Please indicate your email and contact phone number in the shipment.
Please note: The cost of the Discovery Canvas Kit (55€) is non-refundable, as it is conceived and experienced as a sensory exploration experience and a self-contained work of art already enjoyed.
