Each Utopian Identity box set is a meeting point between fine perfumery and visual art. To ensure that the artwork and bottle arrive in perfect condition, we take extreme care in the packaging of each order.

Management and fulfillment times Since these are handcrafted packages, orders are processed and entrusted to the courier within 3-5 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time and costs
Italy: Delivery in 24/48 working hours (72 hours for islands and remote areas).
Free Shipping for orders over 100€ ITALY - 250€ EUROPE
Standard Shipping: 7.00€ ITALY - 25€ EUROPE
European Union: Delivery in 5-7 working days. The cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
Order Tracking As soon as the package leaves our laboratory, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking code (Tracking ID) to follow the shipping status in real time.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
We want your experience with Utopian Identity to be flawless. In accordance with the European Directive on Consumer Law, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Conditions for accepting returns To protect the integrity of works of art and for hygiene and health reasons related to cosmetic products, returns are accepted only if:
The box set is intact, sealed in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Both the perfume bottle and the painted canvas (10x10 cm) show no signs of use, tampering or damage.
The perfume was not opened or sprayed.
Return procedure
Send a communication by email to the address lab@utopianidentity.com indicating the order number, your details and the desire to make the return.
Please wait for our authorization email containing the address to send the package to.
Pack the product carefully in its original box to avoid damage during return transport.
Shipping costs related to the return of the product are borne by the buyer.
refunds
Once we receive the return and verify the integrity of the box set (bottle and artwork), we will issue a refund within 7 working days. The refund will be made on the same payment method used during the purchase phase.
Damaged Package or Non-Compliant Goods
If the package shows externally visible damage upon delivery:
Accept the package from the courier by signing with "Control reserve for damaged packaging".
Take photos of the packaging and, once opened, of the damaged contents.
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at lab@utopianidentity.com attaching pictures. We will immediately replace the product at our expense.
